Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 26

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 26On Candy Crush Level 26, you will be faced with the challenge of scoring 40,000 points in under 35 moves. Did I say you had to bring down 4 ingredients as well? No, I don’t think I mentioned that either, but your gonna have to get those 4 buggers down to the bottom if you’d like to complete the level. So lets get working…

First of all, the only task you need complete for Candy Crush level 26 is to bring all the ingredients down to the bottom. So destroying all the meringue isn’t the most important factor, but it will help you move the ingredients down quicker. So if you at least open up a small whole to the bottom, you might be able to sneak the ingredients down without breaking all the meringue. You can easily open a hole in the meringue by using vertical striped candies, then you can throw a horizontal striped candy in the open slot to clear a row of meringue.

Another crucial tip to beating candy crush level 26 is making sure you don’t let the ingredients fall on the meringue. This will make it hard to break up because the ingredients are in the way and you will waste your precious moves breaking it up. If you accidentally run into this problem and still have other ingredients to bring down, don’t focus too much on the blocked ingredient, keep your focus on the other ingredients and hopefully you will get a lucky match up that will move things around.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 25

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 25Candy Crush Level 25 introduces a new element to the mix. The X’s are referred to as licorice and have a similar physics to the Jelly. In order to break the licorice, you have to create a combo that matches the candy inside the X. This can be a problem because you can only break the licorice vertically, which makes it harder to get to the meringue and jelly below.

On candy crush level 25 you will need to work near the bottom of the board. Working on the top is completely pointless unless you have no other option. Your main focus should be getting below the licorice X’s. Once you do this, breaking up the jelly and racking up points is fairly easy. One horizontal striped candy can do a lot of damage and help you get through level 25 with the least amount of moves. If you get one striped candy in the row of licorice cages you can take out the whole line.

Candy crush level 25 only supplies you with 50 moves, so focus on getting big combo candies to the bottom and watch the magic happen.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 24

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 24On Candy Crush Level 24 you have 2 ingredients to move to the bottom of the board. You are only supplied with 20 moves, so take your time and choose your moves wisely.

The best way to beat candy crush level 24 is by using vertical candy combos. Striped candies work the best, but of coarse you can use a striped/wrapped candy combo and almost clear out the entire board. Resulting in an easy level completion.

If this isn’t the case for you, then your going to have to chip away at the candy one by one. Even breaking a horizontal combo to move an ingredient down one space is more valuable than breaking a combo that doesn’t effect the ingredients. So do what you have to to get them to the bottom of the board.

Also, don’t waste your time on the top of the board, stick to combos on the bottom and you will keep everything moving. If you do combos on the top, your not going to get anywhere. Just focus on the columns with the ingredients and try to use vertical striped candies.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 23

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 23Candy Crush Level 23 is pretty tough level to complete on your first try. On level 23 you have 50 moves to break all the jelly and these moves will run out quickly.

Your main focus for candy crush level 23 should be on creating vertical candies. This will allow you to break up the meringue and get to the jelly fast. But first, your going to want to open up the board a little bit. So make some basic combos on the top and work vertically as much as possible. If you get a basic combo in between the meringue, it will destroy both sides in one strike. This is a very resourceful way to use your moves.

After breaking up the meringue, try using a wrapped/striped candy combo to break the rest of the jelly. More than one special candy combo is going to be needed to break all the jelly, so focus on building special candies and getting them set in the right space.

With some patience, candy crush level 23 CAN be beaten. If you’ve been stuck on this level for awhile, just stick to these guidelines and you should pass the level.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 22

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 22If you’ve struggled with earlier levels of the Saga, Candy Crush Level 22 might be the level to test your commitment to this game.

On Candy Crush level 22, you only have 15 moves to complete the level, so have to make every move count. This level is pretty much impossible to beat with out using special candies, so look out for BIG combos.

The easiest way to beat level 22 is by setting up vertical striped candies to take out a full column of candy. You should try to setup the striped candies under the acorns so that they drop the ingredients all the way down. It’s also not mandatory to break all the meringue but it will help you clear a path for the ingredients. So clearing them out isn’t a complete waste of moves.

Also, a nice horizontal striped candy can work wonders on the meringue if you can drop it to the bottom. Then it will be easy to get the ingredients to the bottom of the board. Otherwise, just keep all your focus on getting the ingredients near the bottom.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 21

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 21Completing Candy Crush Level 21 is all about having the right plan of attack. If you run into this one with guns blazing, your probably not going to be successful. The 45 moves that you are given go quick and 1 or 2 moves could be the difference in your victory or defeat.

With this said, candy crush level 21 is the first level with triple layered Jelly or “Meringue”. The physics of the meringue is slightly different then the other 2 layers as well. You can get a match up right next to the 3rd layer and it will break 1 layer of the jelly. Otherwise, you have to be “ON” the jelly to break it when you do a basic match up.

Best way to get through Candy Crush Level 21 is by focusing on the corner jelly’s first, as they will probably be the last Jelly you still have on the board. This will help you open up the board and knock out the rest of the jelly. The best solution for this is a wrapped candy/striped candy right in the center of all the jelly. This will clear most of it with a few stragglers left behind. At this point, you should be able to get through the level without trouble.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 20

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 20I hope you brought your trigger finger with you because Candy Crush Level 20 gives you 1 minute to get 45,000 points. You do have unlimited moves, so you can move fast, but small combos aren’t whats going to rack up the points here. With this said, you need to make every move as quickly as possible and try to get big combos.

The trick that helped me beat candy crush level 20 was working on the bottom portion of the level because it kept giving me free bees on the top of the board. This “cascade” effect will help you gain points faster with half the moves. If you can connect 4 or 5 candies, go for it, because special candies will help you rack up points faster than basic combos.

Another important aspect of level 20 are the time bonuses. These time bonuses are only 5 seconds but if you collect enough of them, they will add up to give you that extra edge. The time bonuses can be the defining factor in you passing candy crush level 20, so I would try to crush as many as possible.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 19

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 19Candy Crush Level 19 is probably one of the more annoying candy crush levels out of the bunch. Candy Crush Level 19 is unforgiving and basically seems like it was designed for you to fail. Though, with the right strategy, you can get through candy crush level 19 without to much trouble.

The problem with Candy Crush Level 19 lies in the bottom left and right corner of the board. It is hard to make combos down there because there is limited space. Once you do this, you have to break the jelly twice as well. This can be a daunting task in the corner, so choose your moves wisely.

The best way to deal with the Jelly in the corners is by using wrapped candy bombs and striped candy. If you get a good amount of special candies saved up, then you can cause a chain reaction that will break loads of jelly in one move. Another great combo to setup is a color bomb/striped candy. These 2 fellas combined will turn every matching candy into a striped candy. This causes mass havoc across the board, destroying all the jelly in its path.

Tips to Beat Candy Crush Level 18

February 5, 2014 by Curt Crusher Leave a Comment

Candy Crush Saga Level 18On Candy Crush Level 18, each Jelly has to be broken 2 times. This makes level 18 a little more complex than previous levels. With only 16 moves and a small board to play with, candy crush level 18 can be tough to beat.

The best way to deal with Candy Crush Level 18 is by using wrapped candy bombs. If you set one up on the top, it will drop through the empty space and pop up on the bottom, then explode. This is a good way to clear both sides quickly, but it doesn’t work every time.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your not going to have much luck making striped or wrapped candy, so make the most out of your regular combos. If you aren’t breaking at least 1 jelly per move, than your probably going to have trouble completing the level. Try working on the bottom of the board so that you move things around on the top. Also, take your time with each move because you don’t want to make any mistakes. There is no time limit so you can look around the board and find the best move possible.

Tips To Beat Candy Crush Level 17

February 4, 2014 by Curt Crusher

Candy Crush Saga Level 17Candy Crush Level 17 seems like it would be an easy level, but looks are deceiving. You have to complete the level in 19 moves with a score of 40,000 points. This is a hard task but it isn’t impossible.

The number 1 thing to keep in mind on candy crush level 17 is that you only have 19 moves and they go quickly, so you have to make every move count. The best way to do this is by using vertical combos to bring down the ingredients. One thing NOT to do, is to concentrate too much on making big combo candies because it might not necessarily help you very much. With this said, focus more on simple combos that can bring the ingredients down to the bottom.

Also, remember that you only have 19 moves, so every every move MUST count. The trick with candy crush level 17 is to create vertical striped candies that can take out a full column in one turn. You might also want to concentrate on the outside columns first because they are the hardest to get down to the bottom. Anytime there are ingredients on the side columns, they should be your first point of focus.

A lot of times on levels like 17, you get an ingredient stuck on the bottom with a 1 candy below it, but you can’t clear it because there is no combo available. If you get stuck in this situation, try to make a color bomb (chocolate sprinkle) if you don’t already have one. Once you have one, try to take out the type of candy that is blocking its way. With this said, if you have a color bomb, use it sparingly. Don’t use it until you really need it because they don’t come around very often.
