Understanding how the bombs work is the first key to beating candy crush level 96. First of all, the bombs aren’t meant to be BLOWN UP. Like most timed bombs, once they reach zero “0”, they blow up. So the whole point is to make a basic combo with the bomb to destroy it safely. Think of it as disarming the bomb.

Also, when combining the bombs for a basic combo, you get 3,000 points compared to the 60 points you would normally get. This is a good way to get more points and reach the score requirements.

On Candy Crush Level 95 you are given 45 moves to bring down the 2 ingredients and reach a minimum score of 50,000 points. The hardest aspect of this level is getting the ingredients through the last portal on the board.

It might seem easy to move 2 ingredients to the bottom of the board within 45 moves, but as most of you have figured out, this is not the case. The problem arises when you get the ingredient in the left or right column, then you have NO way to break that one or 2 candies beneath it.

To deal with this problem, you have to use horizontal striped candies. Vertical candies aren’t much help on this map besides for gaining points, so try to stick to horizontal striped candies. Another important tip is that you have to align the striped candies with the right row or they are completely useless. Be careful that you don’t let they striped candy drop to low or it will be below the left and right columns.

The only other way to drop the ingredients through the final portal is by either using a color bomb or a booster. Color bombs are hard to come by, but if you make one, then pair it with a striped candy for easy success. Boosters on the other hand can help you but aren’t really necessary for this level. Plus, you will need these boosters for other upcoming levels, like Candy Crush Level 102.

With this said, just focus on making basic combos as fast as possible, then you will eventually see a 4 way combo pop up right in front of you. This is when you take advantage of the moment. Don’t go looking around the board for a few seconds to make a special candy, it won’t be worth your time. If you stick to basic combos, they will eventually make themselves present right in front of your eyes.

Last but not least, Work on the bottom of the board. This will help you gain points while moving candy around on the top of the board and hopefully create some extra combos out of the one move.

The main idea to keep when trying to beat level 93 is that you have a lot of double layered jelly to break. This is going to be impossible to do without special candies, so your going to need to stock up on as many color bombs, striped candies and wrapped candies as you can.

First things first, you need to get all the problematic licorice out of the way. The best way to do this is by making combos on the bottom of the board to get all the licorice down. After that, it shouldn’t be to hard to clear out. Just remember, striped candies don’t work well when there are licorice swirls on the board because the swirls block the stripe candy attack. This is why you need to break all the licorice swirls first. With this said, you can break the licorice and jelly at the same time, so only work on the bottom of the board.

After most of the licorice is gone, this is the time to start firing off all the special candies. Try combining special candies for the most efficient use possible, but using them single handed will also be useful. It’s just going to be more worth your moves to combine the special candies instead of using them single handed.

Wrapped Candies work great on this level, so keep a lookout on any opportunity to make them. They will break up the most jelly and cause a nice cascade effect across the board. Hopefully destroying more jelly than you expected.

The last tip to follow for candy crush level 93 is to work in the bottom 2 corners of the board. You might clear out most of the jelly very quickly but once you get down to the last few jellies, you might be struggling to break them. Your main focus on level 91 should be the meringue on the bottom of the board that are covering the jelly. At first, clear out some of the licorice and meringue on the top of the board. This will give you more open space on the board to create special candies, which are needed to beat this level.

After clearing the top of the board, start working on the bottom. Break all the meringue by any means necessary. Basic combos or special candies, doesn’t matter. You need to expose the jelly so that you can get to work on breaking all of it. Once you’ve destroyed all the obstacles on the top of the board, it shouldn’t be hard to make special candies. Try saving the special candies to combine together for special candy combos. This will easily destroy all the jelly on the bottom of the board.

The best way for clearing the jelly on the bottom of the board is by using horizontal striped candies. Try to setup as many as you can and get them to the bottom of the board. If you aren’t using you special candies on the jelly, then your just wasting your time, so be patient and wait until you can activate them inside the jelly.

If your lucky and make a color bomb, save it for when you can combine it with a striped candy. This will be the most effective use of the special candies. This combo will turn all the candy of the same type into striped candies and wreak havoc on the jelly. I wouldn’t be surprised if you cleared almost all the jelly in one move.

First, notice how the ingredients start on the top left then slowly move their way to the right. There is only one portal for the ingredients, so you need to make sure you keep the 2 ingredients in that center lane once they are in the right board.

You will have the chance to make basic combos on the right side of the board, but if this requires you to switch a candy with the ingredient and it moves the ingredient on the left or right side, then you shouldn’t make the move. This is because it can be hard to get it back to the center lane. Especially once the ingredient is on the bottom of the board.

On candy crush level 90 you want to make all vertical combos. This will maximize your efficiency and minimize the moves you make. The 30 moves you are given can go fast, so you need to make the most of them. Try only working on the right side of the board. If you run out of moves to make on the right side, work your way from the right to left to make possible combos. The whole purpose of this is to get the ingredients through the bottom as fast as possible.

On level 89 of Candy Crush, make your first move on the bottom of the board if possible. Lets just call the bottom of the board the “pyramid.” Your main area of focus is going to be inside this pyramid. Every time you make a move, you should be trying to make a move in the pyramid. If you don’t have a possible combo in the pyramid, then you have to work on the top of the board. Always check the top of the board before making a move below just incase you have the opportunity t0 create a special candy. Your going to need as many special candies as possible to beat this level and clear out all those chocolates.

The hardest part about candy crush level 89 is destroying all the chocolate. The inconvenient shape of the pyramid on the bottom makes it very hard to destroy all the chocolate and jellies stuck in the corners, so you need to make this your first focus. If you can’t destroy all the chocolate and your already at 25 moves left, then your probably looking at failure. The best way to take out the chocolate is by dropping special candies down from the top.

Horizontal striped candies can work wonders in the pyramid but its hard to get candies of the same type in the right place in order to “activate” the special candy. If you get lucky and land a striped candy on the bottom row of the pyramid, then do your best to activate it to break all the chocolate.

After the chocolate is taken care of, its time to destroy all the jelly. Unfortunately, all the jelly is double layered, so your going to have to break each jelly twice. The best way to break all the jelly is by using wrapped candies and striped candies. It doesn’t matter what you use, color bombs, wrapped candies, striped candies or even basic combos. You have to focus your energy inside the pyramid and make every move carefully.

*Focus on the corner jellies. They will be the hardest and probably the last ones sitting on the board.

You have to stick to forming horizontal striped candies and special candy combos if you can get them setup. With that said, you have to make special candy combos to beat this level.

The best and easiest way to beat this level is by pairing a color bomb with a striped candy. If you get lucky and create a color bomb, make sure you save it until you can get a striped candy paired with it. Save it for as long as it takes to get them paired up because it can clear both sides of jelly in a heartbeat. Also, remember that stripe candies don’t work well against licorice swirls so you need to break all the licorice before using your special candies.

If you aren’t so lucky at making a color bomb, try using a color bomb booster before starting the level. This can really help you out and can be the difference between you beating the level or not.

Besides the color bombs, horizontal striped candies are going to be your only tool to use against the jelly. It won’t be hard to set these up but if you have jellies on the top of the columns, its going to be hard to get the striped candies lined up with them.

The first step to beating Candy Crush Level 87  is to break up the meringue that are blocking the ingredient portals. This will allow you to get the ingredients through the bottom and will allow the candy to move through each portal.

To understand the portals on this level, you must think about it like reading. (English language). So the portals work from the left to right, then feed to the ingredient portal lane. So all the candy and ingredients will flow through each column before it makes it to the right side of the board. With this said, the best way to get the most out of your moves is by only working on the right side of the board.

So your going to work the opposite direction of the way the portals work. Stick to making vertical combos on the right side until you have no moves there, then slowly move to the left one column at a time. If you make a combo in the far left column, then your only moving candy in that column and your not affecting the rest of the board. This is pointless and a waste of your moves, so stick to the right side.

Also, you need to get each ingredient through the bottom as fast as possible or new ingredients won’t spawn. Each time you drop an ingredient through the bottom a new ingredient will drop from the top left of the board into the flow of candy.

*horizontal or vertical striped candies can break those trouble candies on the right board, so don’t be afraid to work on the left board if you can make a special candy. It will be worth your while.
